Terms of use
Chairside Beauty (“the operator”) is provided to beauty & wellness pros who receive an invite. By using it you agree to these terms.
Pros
- You are responsible for the content of your page and for your clients' data.
- You must have your clients' consent before publishing photos of them, and use client details only to provide your services.
- Images you prepare for social media are generated in your browser and are not stored by the service. You are responsible for getting each client's consent before posting their photo on social media.
- Booking is available while your account is active and paid through the date shown on your billing page. Your page stays up if booking turns off.
- The operator may suspend accounts for non-payment or misuse (for example spam or misleading content).
- You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
Clients
Appointments are agreements between you and your pro. Payment for services is made in person to the pro.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability. The operator is not liable for missed or double-booked appointments.
